RALEIGH, NC - The Lady Eagles of North Carolina Central University faced the Pacers of Peace College and lost 7-1 and 6-3 in a double header action, on Sunday afternoon.

The Pacers got on board first on back-to-back singles, and scored on two wild pitches. In the second inning the PC took a 3-0 lead.

In the top of the second inning NCCU cut the lead to two as Andrea Searls singled then advance to second. Sophia Blue brought Searls home on a single to centerfield, which was the last time the Lady Eagles would score.

The Pacers would add two more runs in the fifth and sixth inning, which included a homer from Trogdon over the centerfield fence.

In game two, the Pacers jumped out on a 5-0 lead. Ashley Henderson advanced to first on an error by the shortstop and Sophia Blue singled to leftfield.

Jessica Refojo doubled to left field to score Henderson and Blue, but Refojo was called out at third.

PC added an insurance run in the fifth inning, but the Lady Eagles Henderson scored again on a Michelle Ishida grounder to second.
