North Carolina Central University travels to Nebraska to play the Bluejays of Creighton University for the first time... On Thursday, the Eagles will play in their ninth different state (North Carolina, New Jersey, Florida, North Dakota, Maryland, Iowa, Ohio, Kentucky, Nebraska) since their first road game on Nov. 12... The Bluejays compete in the Missouri Valley Conference... This is the Eagles' 14th road game of the season and NCCU does not return home until hosting the BC Powder Classic on Dec. 29-30.

THE SERIES: This will be the first meeting between the Bluejays of Creighton University and the Eagles of North Carolina Central University.

UP NEXT: NCCU stays in Nebraska to play the University of Nebraska on Saturday, Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. (CT).

AYALA FOR THREE... THE STREAK CONTINUES: NCCU junior guard Bryan Ayala has made a three-point field goal in all but one contest this season (at North Dakota State, Nov. 17), including 10 games in-a-row. He is currently shooting 20-of-66 from long range, a 30.3 percent success rate.
