ESL (Eagle Seat License)

ESL (Eagle Seat License)

Eagle Seat License (ESL)-
An Eagle Seat License, or ESL, is a paid license that entitles the holder the right to purchase season tickets in sections with upgraded individual seats with seat backs.

Why?
NCCU Athletics is committed to offering the most exciting and comfortable fan experience during football events in the O’Kelly-Riddick Stadium. Because of this commitment, NCCU Athletics will offer a more spacious and comfortable seat.

Duration of an ESL-
The duration of an ESL agreement in O’Kelly-Riddick Stadium is three (3) football seasons. After the completion of the third year of the ESL the season ticket holder has the right to renew that ESL or forfeit their seat.

How will seat locations be determined?
For the first year of the ESL, previous year season ticket holders will be given the opportunity to purchase ESLs before the general public. Season Ticket holders will be prioritized into four (4) different priority tiers depending on their years on season tickets purchased and financial standing with the Eagle Club. Each tier will be given 2 weeks to secure their seating location before the next group is eligible to begin purchasing.

First time season ticket holders will be required to wait until after the renewal period. Once when the renewal period is completed first time season ticket holders will be eligible to purchase any open seat locations.

The practice of determining seat locations for new season ticket holders will be adjusted for the 2018 football season. Season ticket holders seat eligibility will be based on their Priority Points with the Eagle Club.

How many ESLs can someone purchase?
There is no limit on ESLs per customer.

ESL Transfer Policy-
An ESL holder is permitted to transfer their ESL once during the agreed duration of that ESL. All ESLs must be transferred before the completion of the season ticket renewal period. The fee to transfer an ESL is $50 per ESL.

Season Ticket Policy-
The ESL is NOT a season ticket. All ESL holders are required to purchase season tickets for each of their seats. All season tickets must be purchased before the Renewal Deadline. Failure to purchase before the deadline will result in the loss of the ESL and will revert back to the NCCU Athletics Department to sell.

Renewal Policy-
All ESL holders have the advantage of renewing their season tickets before the general public. The renewal period will be determined by the NCCU Athletics Department each year.

During the renewal period, ESL holders may purchase season tickets for all of their seats or transfer their seats to another individual.
The ESL holder may choose to drop the seats that they no longer want to purchase season tickets for. There will be no penalty or refund of the ESL by choosing to do so.

ESL holders are not eligible to add on seats during this time period. They may put in a request and will have the opportunity to either add a seat or upgrade seats between the renewal period and before the general public is open to purchase season tickets based on availability.

New ESL Policy-
New ESL sales will begin after the renewal deadline. Once when the renewal period is over, any open seats are eligible for purchase.
Priority of purchases will be based on the standing of the ESL waiting list.
