Q: What is your major? What do you want to do after NCCU?

Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals?
RS: "Before every game I call my Mom and Pops to give me encouragement."
Q: Why football?
RS: "God gave me natural-born athleticism. He gave me the talent to go out there and play any sport that I wanted to play, but it was on me to find out what sport will I stick with and better myself with. The competitiveness that this sport brings is out of this world and I live for it. It drives me to want to be better than great and the reward that comes with it is a plus."

RS: "Selfless... Passionate... Determined."
Q: How would you like to be remembered from your playing days at NCCU?
RS: "My comeback. How I bounced back from my 2014 injury."
Q: If you could invite any living person to WG Pearson dining hall for lunch, who would it be and why?
RS: "I would invite my stepfather. From the moment he entered my life in the seventh grade, he has been a living example of a male role model and how I want to be. He showed me what a man looks like, what a father looks like, what a husband looks like, and also what an athlete looks like. Out of all of these qualities, I recall one thing in particular and that is how to be a successful athlete. Having played the same position as I, my father taught me how to be one of the best defensive backs in college football by stressing 'See ball, go get ball.'"
