PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Rutgers announced Thursday that its season-opening football game against North Carolina Central University on Sept. 1 will be video streamed exclusively on the Internet by
ESPN3.com.
The game will kickoff at the previous announced time of 7:30 p.m.
