INGRAM TO REPRESENT NCCU IN FCS SENIOR SCOUT BOWL

Maryland Native Among Eagles’ Top 10 Career Pass Defenders


MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Senior defensive back David Ingram will represent North Carolina Central University at the 2011 FCS Senior Scout Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 17 in Myrtle Beach, S.C. Kickoff at Doug Shaw Stadium is scheduled for 1 p.m.

A native of Waldorf, Md., Ingram will suit up for the South team in the North vs. South all-star game format featuring some of the top senior talent in the Division I-FCS ranks.

Ingram ended his collegiate playing career ranked 10th among NCCU’s career passes defended leaders with 34, and tied for 13th in career interceptions with 11. In 41 games from 2008-11, he amassed 109 career tackles as an Eagle.
